Our target market is defined as the Chinese community in Brooklyn , NY; 1st avenue to 8th avenue. More importantly the properties currently owned by joint venture partners that have received approval for the development of the sites. This will afford New World Development USA LLC to get right to work on the development of three residential sites. The backlog of requested developments continues to grow as word of New World Development USA LLC entrance into the market spreads through the community.
