The Chinese communities of lower Manhattan's “Chinatown” are liquidating properties and relocating to selected locations in the Brooklyn, NY area. New World Development USA LLC has been involved in the Chinese communities for more than a quarter century. With strong relationships and trust within the Chinese communities and associations our opportunities for development of commercial and residential properties are very strong. Real estate value appreciation in the targeted area is of the strongest in the US real estate market. The needs of the business sector are strong and wide open as the new communities begin to take shape. Location, location, location! The prime focus of real-estate values are tied to the location of the properties. Local government projects for new parks, mass transportation and infrastructure support are included in the assessments done by our management team. Over the next ten years we anticipate many projects through joint ventures and partnerships within the targeted areas. Currently we have opportunities that range from $1million to $200million. Our team will focus on residential opportunities as well as smaller commercial opportunities during the initial start up phase of our company.
